So this week we had 4 camps stay with us TEAMS (Visually imapred/blind kids) SIA (something with bowels) Sunrise and Monarch (Autism/Downs syndrome). It has been AMAZING. They were like the funniest kids I have worked with. They were really affectionate which was a problem at times so every time they tried to hug us we had to high five them which kinda sucked cos they didn’t like it. But it was cool, I got my first rope burn from the high ropes course and got to do lifeguarding for the first proper time, so all in all it’s been a lot of fun. We also went to a roller disco, I wore jorts, it was a lot of fun. Though we all looked like we’d come from a drag night and it was the most ghetto place I have ever seen.
